On the E14 Gamecast gaming podcast this episode, host Rob Wade is joined by Blake Harmer and Brad Harmer-Barnes to tackle a question from listener Rob Deane! In it, he asks:
- Is it better to upgrade to the new consoles or go for the older models?
- PS4 or Xbox One?
- Backwards compatibility: Yay or nay?
- Nintendo Switch: What Say Ye?
- Would you go for VR?
- Let's say you spent the money on board games. What would you buy?
In 2014, we decided that all the talk of games had gone far enough...to get its own dedicated podcast! The Gamecast is a show all about games. Initially recorded as a short chat about the Titanfall beta, the crew has talked about all sorts of subjects ranging from Eurogamer Expo, the previous console generations and general comments about what they're playing at the time. We've also done some tabletop-gaming related content, and even did a Let's Play or two on the show!
