Oscorp, under the directorship of Norman Osborn, is attempting to purchase a struggling branch of Stark Industries with a mind to using the Stark tech to enhance his criminal enterprise. It's up to heroes Spider-Man, Valkyrie, Black Panther and Rocket Raccoon to clean up the streets, slow down the Stark buy out and face the Green Goblin.
